Bay Area Tribe is now the official group for Birthright Israel NEXT Bay Area!
What does this mean?
This means all Taglit-Birthright Israel alumni, and their peers, living in the Bay Area will be included in our events and we will be their official home.
What if I am not Taglit-Birthright Israel alumni?
Nothing will change on the surface. You are as welcome as you were before to participate and volunteer at all BAT events. We still maintain complete creative control. We just expect bigger turnout out at our events.
Why Birthright Israel NEXT?
We believe Birthright Israel NEXT and Bay Area Tribe share the same values and ideals. Our goals are to bring Young Jews together in the Bay. When we thought about partnering with an organization it was important that we were able to maintain our integrity and not “sell out”. Birthright Israel NEXT loves what we are doing in the Bay and just wants to support our program. We are a perfect match for each other.
